Full availability of our team
Packages are prepared and shipped by courier within 1 to 2 days from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays and exceptional closures. We remain reachable via the site's contact form or directly by e-mail to answer all your questions and advise you in making your choice.

The toys we offer you are of impeccable quality and we carefully select the brands to find you great products that respect the well-being of the child and manufacturing for both humans and our dear planet.
Time limit
The delivery times we indicate are those chosen by you when confirming your order. They are added to the shipping time linked to the processing and preparation of the order by us. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a longer period than those indicated. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to your choice, in order to ensure the fairest possible cost. We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the chosen courier.
Guaranteed safety
All products sold on our site have the CE marking (European certification). This logo relates to the safety of toys and is found on a product or its packaging to certify to the consumer that the manufacturer and therefore the toy complies with the essential European requirements in terms of safety, health and the environment.
Damaged or defective package
Upon receipt of your order, it is important to ensure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery person. If the packaging of your package and/or the product(s) has been damaged, note the defects and damage noted on the carrier's delivery slip. You can also refuse the package. This transport slip will be an important supporting document so that La Boîte à Merveilles or the carrier can compensate you. If you notice these anomalies after unpacking your package, notify our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery by email at contact@bbam-shop.com or from your account. After this period, La Boîte à Merveilles will not be able to consider your claim.
In the event of a damaged or defective product being returned, or in the event of an error in the order which is the responsibility of La Boîte à Merveilles, the return costs will be covered by La Boîte à Merveilles.
